He currently serves as Executive Director of the International Center for Spiritual Renewal in Cleveland, Tenn.

The vision that God placed on the heart of Pastor Kaufman remains firmly rooted today as God continues to grow the ministry of The Well, both in breadth and depth.

Pastor Sharon Daugherty pastors Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which she, along with her late husband Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty, founded in 1981. Together the Daughertys established Victory Christian School, Victory Bible Institute, Victory World Missions Training Center, and the Tulsa Dream Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which provides food, clothing, medical, educational and recreational services to Tulsans.
